Return & Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty: All parts are guaranteed to work properly for a period of 30 Days from the purchase date. This does not cover labor, removal, or rental car expenses.

1. Return Process & RMA

To return a part, you must follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service at 877-643-7626 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  2. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
  3. Include the original packing slip or invoice.
  4. All returns must be sent prepaid (No COD shipments).

2. Important: Restocking Fees & Fitment

You are responsible for ordering the correct part for your vehicle. Please verify VIN and part numbers carefully.

  • A 35% restocking fee applies to all returns for items ordered in error or no longer needed.
  • Electrical parts are NOT returnable if they have been installed.
  • Returns are for exchange or in-store credit only. Cash refunds are only issued if a replacement is unavailable.

3. Engine & Transmission Requirements

Warranty is VOID unless these procedures are followed:

  • All applicable coolers, lines, and filters must be flushed clean before installation.
  • Engines: Must be installed with a new water pump, timing belt & tensioner, fresh oil, and new filters (oil, air, fuel).
  • Fluids: Must use manufacturer-specified fluids.
  • Heat tabs must remain intact. Overheating, abuse, or improper lubrication voids all warranties.

4. Core Returns

All cores must be drained of all fluids before being returned. A $50 drain charge will be applied to cores returned with fluids.
