Return Policy & Warranty

At Specialized German, we stand behind the quality of our Porsche, BMW, and Audi parts. Our goal is to ensure you receive the correct, functioning component for your vehicle. Please review our policies below regarding returns, labor, and specialized components.

30-Day Return Window

Standard returns are accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and be in the same condition as when they left our Rancho Cordova facility.

Restocking Fees

Unless a part is found to be defective or was shipped in error by Specialized German, all returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, re-testing, and re-stocking the component. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Electrical Parts Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of European vehicle electronics (ECUs, Modules, PCM Units), electrical parts are sold as-is and are generally non-returnable. We recommend verifying your diagnosis with a professional Porsche or BMW technician before purchase to ensure the module is the correct solution for your vehicle's issue.

Engine & Transmission Warranty

Major mechanical components carry a standard 90-day parts-only warranty (unless otherwise specified on your invoice).

• Warranty covers the replacement of the part or a refund of the purchase price.
• No labor costs or consequential damages are covered under any circumstances.
• Engines must be installed with new gaskets, filters, and fluids to maintain warranty eligibility.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return or warranty claim, please contact our team at 877-643-7626 or email bob@sgrparts.com. You must receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before shipping any item back to our facility.
