Shipping Information

At Specialized German, we understand that getting your Porsche or BMW back on the road is a priority. We specialize in safe, fast, and professional shipping for everything from small trim pieces to complete engine assemblies.

1. Standard Small Parts Shipping

Smaller items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is scanned into the carrier's system.

2. LTL Freight (Engines, Transmissions, Body Panels)

Large or heavy items require LTL Freight shipping. To ensure your parts arrive undamaged:

• Crating: Engines and transmissions are professionally secured to pallets and shrink-wrapped.
• Delivery: Freight quotes typically cover delivery to a commercial address with a forklift or loading dock.
• Residential Delivery: Liftgate service and residential delivery are available for an additional fee. Please contact us for a specific quote if shipping to a home.

3. Inspection Upon Arrival

Crucial: You must inspect all freight shipments for damage before signing the delivery receipt. If an item is damaged in transit, please note the damage on the BOL (Bill of Lading) and contact us immediately.

4. Free Local Pickup

If you are in Northern California, you can skip the shipping costs. Local pickup is available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM at our Rancho Cordova warehouse.
